During the regular course of the new home building process, Abrazo Homes requires a down payment in order to secure the home’s location and to ensure the client’s seriousness about the project. For the honorable men and women of our United States armed forces, we require no down payment. We thank you for your services and want to make the construction process as simple and stress-free as possible for you and your family.
VA Financing Available
Building a new home is a large investment. To simplify the process of financing a new home for veterans, we can supply you with information on special VA financing as well as options for property tax discounts.
Wounded Warrior Project
The Wounded Warrior Project provides assistance to wounded veterans, their families and their caregivers. Abrazo Homes donates $250 from every home we build to the Wounded Warrior project in an effort to further support the brave men and women of our armed forces.
