'My spouse and I have had the pleasure to work with Abrazo homes, who built our home in the Peaks community of Mariposa in Rio Rancho. From our first warm welcome from Larry Stapp, our sales rep to the support we have received from Denise on the Service team, everything went very smoothly. We chose Abrazo for the detailed build and design that was included in the base price. We are very pleased with our appliances, the quietness of our home and the other amenities that were included. We worked with Bri at the Design Center to add our own touches and she was very helpful in assisting us with colors, textures and the overall design of the interior. Jaron, our building supervisor, is VERY knowledgeable about the Abrazo product and was always on hand to answer any questions/concerns we had.

'This was honestly a completely different type of buying experience. Prior to working with Abrazo, making a purchase has always been a 'me vs them' type of mentality. We recently purchased a Tiffany floor plan in Mariposa and had nothing but fabulous experiences working with them. Our home was a spec home so we missed the up front design process, but from the point we committed (framing finished), Abrazo never disappointed us.

You can count on Abrazo to build a quality home and work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Even though the design was complete they did everything they could to integrate several design features we really wanted. During construction, we received weekly updates on build progress, we were offered the opportunity to walk the house with Larry as often as we wanted, and things were done exactly to the schedule provided. Not only is the house everything we wanted, we have lived here for 4 weeks and have found outstanding workmanship and the few details needing attention were taken care of promptly. The energy efficiency of this home is a very pleasant surprise. This home holds its temperature almost regardless of what is happening outside. Very Impressive Abrazo!

We can also recommend Mariposa as a community. Living here has proven to be an extra special bonus. The people are friendly, the area is stunning in its beauty, and the overall lifestyle is exceptional.

Should you choose Abrazo as a builder, you can expect to get the best value of all the Mariposa builders. We thoroughly investigated Raylee, DR Horton, and Twilight prior to committing to Abrazo. Our choice was based upon feedback like this, as well as the extras offered by Abrazo. While the extras in and of themselves may be small (Mariposa PID paid off, blinds, smart home features, lower lot premium, LED lights, 8' front door, maple cabinets...). They add up to a significant benefit over other builders ($20k+). The blinds are good quality and in the midst of a life changing move, it was so nice to not have to worry about moving into a house with uncovered windows. Couple all of this with outstanding customer service and a quality product and you have a winning business model.

Design center was awesome since we got to design our home the way we wanted it. Breaking ground was a good feeling knowing that drop of dirt was going to eventually be our home. Closing was quick and easy and getting the keys was amazing.
